Yeah like wait a minute, hold up. How the heck do you define conservative to come to that conclusion? I mean unless you’ve so radicalized yourself that everyone that disagrees with you, you perceive as whatever boogyman you’ve created.

          • Yeah even from the “conservatives are a form of liberal” perspective that doesn’t make sense. Even from the “lemmygrad/Hexbear are psyops” perspective it doesn’t make sense, that means they’re not American.

Heh yeah. They’re both offshoot of economic-liberalism for all its faults. But outside of that differ significantly. Maybe they’re from the Netherlands/Finland etc labeling by local standards? Though even that’s a stretch.

Good luck, Lemmy is full of American Conservatives.

        Lol…what? Is this a joke?

Do you not know what lemmy.ml (the original instance) is? Lol

        • There’s an accusation that .ml and such are run out of a Russian/Chinese basement and are trying to get possible Dem votes to abstain but that still means they aren’t American. I think they’re very confused about what people mean when people say the “Stop Supporting a Genocide” crowd wants Harris to lose.

          • It’s probably a mix of Americans and paid foreign trolls. If it was legal in Utah, I’d wager that some of the paid trolls are modding some of their big communities.

Of course, the same could be said of all the big Lemmy instances. As it grows, more and more bad faith actors will get involved.

It doesn’t matter who you think they are; what matters is how US citizens vote.
