So… the caption for the photo says “These men, who built the Capitol Hill gallows on Jan. 6, still haven’t been identified.” Then Wray is quoted saying "“I’m not aware of any physical gallows … It might have been a replica or symbol,” Then the article describes the construction and has further quotes referring to them as existing. So which is it?
