Worries about future water supplies are bubbling up in western rural Arizona as neighbors complain that their backyard wells have dried up since an agribusiness began farming alfalfa nearby.

You are overlooking the simple fact that politicians can all be bribed by those foreign interests pouring dark money into a PAC or two.
